Little Rocket Cake
This is a remake of my little boys first birthday cake. This time instead of having a rocket made of a big lump of icing, which isn't very nice to eat, I made an iced biscuit instead – much tastier!
My two boys always want to eat wherever is on the cake and I'm not that keen on them eating huge pieces of pure icing full of colourings. I thought a vanilla biscuit with a bit of royal icing is far nicer to enjoy.
This cake was for another little boys first birthday so they had two matching rocket biscuits, one for him and one for his brother
