Ruffle Rose Wedding Cake
I've had a couple of enquires about wedding cakes so thought I'd share the one I made for my Dad and Gill about 18 months ago.
A ruffle rose wedding cake with layers of chocolate and vanilla marble cake with madagascan vanilla buttercream and matching vanilla cupcakes as favours.
This was the first time I'd done a cake like this.
I'm still very proud of it, looking back I'm surprised how well it turned out considering I'd never really covered cakes or made flowers before.
