The Food Journal from Brighthouse
During the summer I was contacted by Brighthouse to see if I would be interested in having one of my recipes featured in their food journal magazine.
After seeing how lovely their previous magazine had been I jumped at the chance.
It's a really nice little recipe books aimed at getting their readers inspired in the kitchen. With everything from mains to desserts from fellow food bloggers it's a lovely read, and the best thing about it is it's available free to download on the following link:
