Thought I'd make a fondant from last weeks show.
Almost time for my weekly dose of The Great British Bake Off. Who watched last weeks baked Alaska disaster?
I've made chocolate fondant loads of times so thought I'd try a different version – toffee fondants. I know it's meant to be self saucing but I had to have ice cream with it too. I love the combination of hot and cold in my pudding, ice cream goes with everything!
