The Great British Bake Off, Week 8 – Advanced Dough.
Last week was advanced dough. I'm not very experienced in this area but I've had a go. I made doughnuts last year and ate far to many of them!
Semi final night on The Great British Bake Off tonight. Excited, but still don't know who I want to win. Who are your favourites?
My brioche was baked this morning after proving overnight. It's a huge loaf, I might freeze it and make bread and butter pudding with it another day.
