Naked Wedding Cake
Zoe and Mat had decided on a rustic country style wedding theme. They fancied a naked wedding cake for the occasion to fit in with the style of the day.
Three tiers of Victoria cake – and to make it extra special it was filled with the most amazing Italian meringue buttercream which is very luxurious. The bottom two tiers we're traditional Madagascan vanilla with the best strawberry conserve. The top tier was a little lemon cake, soaked with lemon syrup and lemon Italian meringue buttercream.
Once the cake was at the venue it was decorated with fresh fruit to finish it off.
Thank you so much for the cake – it was amazing. Everyone was saying how lovely it was. Zoe
