Portuguese Custard Tarts
The Great British Bake Off, Week 7 – Pies and Tarts.
Something I've wanted to try for ages. For my bake along this week I made Paul Hollywoods Portuguese custard tarts.
I had no idea puff pastry took so long to make, pretty much 24 hours!
They weren't perfect but they tasted lovely. I'll definately be making these again.
