Strawberry Cake
This simple little cake really celebrates the British strawberry. With layers of vanilla cake filled with the best strawberry conserve and covered in a fresh strawberry swiss meringue buttercream making it something really special.
The buttercream was almost like a strawberry mousse in texture and taste, it smelt incredible
I feel like I’ve really found my kind of style in this cake, I love the simplicity of its look and it lets the flavours speak for themselves
