Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cake
The Great British Bake Off 2015, Week 5 – Alternative Ingredients.
Last week was free from week on The Great British Bake Off. I've had good and bad experience with free from recipes. It's always harder to get good results when you leave something out, I've had my fair share of disasters along the way.
This chocolate mousse cake however was amazing, and it's free from almost everything, refined sugars, gluten, dairy and eggs! I couldn't believe how good it was, and so easy to make.
