Crème Brûlée

The Great British Bake Off 2015, Week 4 – Desserts.

Last weeks was desserts on The Great British Bake Off, crème brûlée is one of my favorites – if it's on the dessert menu that's what I'll be having.

I've made my own version of my favourite pud infused with orange and vanilla. I'll be writing the recipe up soon, keep an eye out!

In 2015 I made it through to the last 50 in the last audition of The Great British Bake Off. Sadly I wasn't chosen for the programme but I need to carry on my journey as I can't imagine my life without baking.

I'd love to start writing my own recipes. So what better place to do it than starting a blog.
