Baklava
The Great British Bake Off, Week 9 – Patisserie.
Last week was all about patisserie. I've made Baklava, layers of filo pastry, pistachio nuts infused with a syrup of honey, orange, cinnamon and clove.
Tonight is the final of The Great British Bake Off. I'm going to make this brief so I can get the kids to bed and watch it.
This stuff is so good – I don't know how I've not tried it before.
