Yey it's Wednesday, that can only mean one thing – The Great British Bake Off. This week is biscuits.
I'm wondering what kind of crazy biscuit based showstopper the bakers will have to make. I've made some chocolate and honey roast peanut Biscotti for the occasion, I'll be dipping them in my hot chocolate while watching tonight.
Do we have any favourite bakers yet? Or is it too early to say?
