Lemon Meringue Cake
Today was Nathaniel's last day at creche, he'll be starting big boy school next week so I made the girls a cake as a parting gift. A lemon meringue inspired bake.
Layers of vanilla cake soaked with lemon syrup, filled with lemon curd, iced with lemon swiss meringue buttercream and topped with lemon meringue kisses.
Thank you everyone at Andi Pandi's Day Nursery for taking care of my little boy over the past two and a bit years.
