ParkHouse Restaurant & Wine Bar Competition Winner

This little cake was my winning entry for the ParkHouse Restaurant & Wine Bar Afternoon Tea Competition.

Mini millionaire cake, vanilla sponge soaked with vanilla and brandy syrup. layered with dark chocolate ganache and caramel buttercream.

In 2015 I made it through to the last 50 in the last audition of The Great British Bake Off. Sadly I wasn't chosen for the programme but I need to carry on my journey as I can't imagine my life without baking.
